RETURNS & REFUNDS
At ONE OFF SHINE we are dedicated to providing expert products for our customers. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time (within 30 days of purchase) with proof of purchase.
If you cannot present your acceptable proof of purchase,ONE OFF SHINE reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’ or bundle, ONE OFF SHINE may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
